    Of course as a dumb and stupid kid and teen I did not rely on scripture to know the real Presence but on the Holy Eucharist itself, as most Catholics do. We can tell it’s a real Body. The Holy bread and Body radiates to us humans in a spiritual way. One can feel it’s sacredness.

      The man carrying a water jug was probably an Essene? Can't argue the point, but I've never heard that before. And the connections between Jesus and the Essenes - I've heard some of that, but not fleshed out like in this video.

      Probably Bc men usually don’t carry Water jugs and if they did they would’ve been part of the Qumran community

    In the Journey Home interview with Dr Bergsma he answered a question regarding why the 7 OT books wound up removed from the later editions of the KJV. I note from my mini research that: *** Later on these books were completely dropped from the Protestant bibles following a meeting where the Scottish Bible Society met with the BFBS British & Foreign Bible Society [founded 1804 & who began publishing Protestant Bible versions. RE: From conversion testimony by Protestant: Bryan Topham of ‪@QuestforFaithwithBryan‬:
    *** Written notes from that meeting [1826?] are reported to indicate the Scottish group petitioned the 7 books to be eliminated for two main reasons:
    A] The overall cost of the bible would be diminished [selling point]
    B] [more importantly] They were discovering significant numbers of their members were reading the 7 books and converting to Catholicism.
    The Journey Home interviews do not allow comments on youtube... but I thought this important enough to get in. Thank you for your work

    45:10 - 46:10 Deliverance Ministry. Can anyone answer me why the general confession that he's mentioned here not a sacrament? What exactly is a sacrament?

    • @robbiesimon6633
      @robbiesimon6633 4 года назад +1

      Hey Annabelle, the general confession he mentioned is not considered a sacrament because the minister he was speaking of was not a Catholic priest and therefore did not have the ability to forgive the man's sins, which is what is needed for a confession to be considered "sacramental." Here is a video on confessing one's sins to a priest: ruclips.net/video/hAI_RLmpGe4/видео.html

      For a clear definition of a sacrament refer to the Catholic Catechism [I like the one by Fr. Hardon] The entire section is worth reviewing. Who knows how well our 1st teachers knew what they were supposed to know when covering the basics? As adults we are to keep learning ... say maybe one hour session per week? Our souls are at stake. Batter up. !!

    I have always thought the Hebrews were miffed and jealous that their god was invisible and could not be seen while god’s of their neighbors and enemies were visible ...
