Will this change in the future? Is it going to be multiple protagonist? This VN sounds like something i might enjoy but i am not really interested in seeing sex scenes featuring Lucrast. Are there going to be many scenes like this or is it mostly going to focus on the relationship between the human MC and Nora?

99% MC/Nara and maybe 2-3 other women characters. The number of women won't be huge, and Nara will stay the main focus.
I also don't care for Lucrast but in my planning,
edit : it won't happen, plot changed for the better
Regarding the POV, most of it will be from the MC's pov, but if I feel like using Nara to explain her state of mind (like the bathroom scene) i will switch pov for a short time.
