    I have been using belvita soft bakes ( blueberry ) very cheap, and when you compare the nutritional information with the styrkr bar, they are very similar. And they are so cheap. Honestly are so good. Highly recommend......

    Great video. Thank you! I’ve tried so many and have landed on Gu Liquid Energy as it also contains electrolytes. But my legs still seem dead near the end of long runs. I’m taking them every 30 minutes - could it be too much?

      The dead legs is likely the result of something in training, not a fuel issue.

    Most I’ve ran is 19 miles and that’s only on some 200g caffeine C4 pre, is this runners gel considered cheating you can’t run it without it ?

      This is intriguing because it's just all natural ingredients that just help your body push forward You still have to earn those miles

      You have enough carbs in your body to run 4 k

    In a half marathon can I take them on 7km intervals? I am assuming 30 minutes before the race. Running pace is likely to be 6min/km.

      It depends on your efforts, height, weight, how your body uses the energy, weather, racing course and many more factors. If you are 100+ kg heavier runner and 6min/km is your race pace and you are racing in summer on hilly course, you may need more gels. Hope you got my point.
